Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Processing Times: Wovn Direct will process and ship out your order within 3 business days of receipt of the order. Once the package is given to the shipping company , the order will arrive within the time frame provided to you at Check Out by the shipping company. Wovn Direct cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.  

  • Shipping Rate: At check out, buyer will be able to select their preferred shipping method, rate and delivery time frame.

  • Shipping Providers: Wovn Direct works with FedEx and R&L Carriers to ship out orders.

  • Estimated Shipping Times: 

    • For small parcels (i.e., orders shipped via FedEx), please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.

    • For LTL freight orders, please allow 5-15 business days to receive your order.
