Orders

  • The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
    • We are constantly adding new items to the site so please check back to see if your item has been restocked. 
  • What methods of payment do you accept? 
    • We accept all credit cards.
  • Will I be charged sales tax?
    • Sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change. To see your exact sales tax charge enter your shipping location at check out. 
    • If you are a re-seller and have a reseller license, you can create an account and upload your reseller license. Once our team approves your documentation, we will notify you via email that your account has been updated to be exempt from sales tax.
  • Can I place an order if outside of the US?
    • No, at this time we only ship within the US.
  • Why I am charged before my order has shipped?
    • Our payment systems requires that we capture the funds at the time of check out. We are unable to change this method.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    • Sign in to your account to check the status of your order. 
  • I did not receive an email confirmation email after I placed my order.
    • Please email customer service at customerservice@wovndirect.com if you did not receive an email confirmation.
  • Can I make a change to my order after it’s been placed?
    • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any order changes once the order has been placed. You can try to email customer service at customerservice@wovndirect.com and we will try our best to assist you.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    • Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we cannot make any changes nor cancel it. You can try emailing customer service at customerservice@wovndirect.com and we will try our best to assist you.
      • If we are unable to process the cancellation for you, you can return the items once you receive them. To start the return process, please email customerservice@wovndirect.com and include your order number, the items you wish to return and reason for the return. Refer to  Return Policy for further information on returns. 
  • Do you have a reseller license?
    • If you are a re-seller and have a reseller license, you don’t have to pay sales tax. Please create an account  and upload your reseller license so that we can review it. Once our team approves your documentation, we will notify you via email that your account has been updated to be exempt from sales tax.
  • My items were damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
    • If your items are damaged, please email us customerservice@wovndirect.com pictures of the items and your order number. We will send you replacement items as soon as possible. 
  • I was notified that my some of my items are out of stock after I placed my order. What do I do?
    • On the rare occasion an item may become out of stock after you place your order. We will email you to notify you of any order changes.
  • Why is my order arriving in multiple packages?
    • We ship goods out of multiple warehouses. If we do not have available inventory in one warehouse, we will send you your items in multiple shipments. You will receive an email notification of this along with the tracking number for each shipment.
  • How do I care for my items?
    • Check the tag on your items for information on washing. If you have further questions you can email customerservice@wovndirect.com

Return Policy

  • What is the return policy?
    • We offer returns within 30 days of the order delivery date.  To start a return process, please email customerservice@wovndirect.com and include your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will email you instructions on how to return your items, a Return Authorization Number, and the return address.
      • Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your Return Authorization Number. 
    • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item total.
    • Please make sure to include the Return Authorization Number when sending your items back as returns will not be accepted without this documentation. 
    • Once we receive your return items, we will inspect the items to ensure they are unused, undamaged, and unwashed. They must be packed in the original packaging. Should they pass the inspection, please allow 14 days from the date we received your return items for your refund to process. We will send you an email once the items have been received and the refund has been initiated. 
    • We do not take exchanges at this time. 
    • Items marked as final sale are ineligible for return.
    • If your items are damaged, please email us pictures of the items and your order number. We will send you replacement items as soon as possible. 
  • Return Conditions
    • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date. 
    • Return items must be unused, undamaged and unwashed. They must be packed in the original packaging. 
    • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
    • Products must be returned to the correct address that Wovn Direct will supply to the buyer upon a request for return.
      • If buyer returns the items to the wrong address, buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges and a restocking charge of 35% of the order total. 
    • Won Direct will inspect any return items to ensure they meet our return conditions. If they do not, we will not accept the return.
    • If you received free shipping on an item and wish to return that item, the shipping charges incurred by Wovn Direct will be deducted from the buyer’s return credit. 
    • If you received free shipping on an item that was on sale or where a promo code was applied, the shipping charges incurred by Wovn Direct will be deducted from the buyer’s return credit.
    • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to restocking fee of 10% of the item total. 
    • If a return is damaged during the shipment back to our warehouse, we will not accept the return.
    • Please allow 14 business day after we receive your return items for your credit to show up on your account. 
  • When will I receive my refund for my return?
    • Please allow 14 days from the date we received your return items for your refund to process. We will send you an email once the items have been received and the refund has been initiated. 
  • Can I exchange an item?
    • No, we do not take exchanges at this time. 
  • Can I return an item marked as final sale?
    • No, final sale items may not be returned
Shipping Policy
    • Wovn Direct will process and ship out your order within 3 business days of receipt of the order. Once the package is given to the shipping company (ie FedEx), the order will arrive within the time frame provided to you at Check Out by the shipping company. Wovn Direct cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.  
    • Shipping Rate
      • At check out, buyer will be able to select their preferred shipping method, rate and delivery time frame.
    • Shipping Providers
      • Wovn Direct works with FedEx to ship out all orders.
